Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, API, and backend layers.
• Build scalable systems integrating large language models, retrieval-augmented systems, and agentic workflow orchestration.
• Translate complex business challenges into high-performance solutions using autonomous agents and contextual reasoning.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop clean, well-documented code that follows established engineering guidelines and standards.
• Fix and resolve application, system, and performance issues to ensure reliability and stability.
• Architect platforms for reuse and scale to enable enterprise-wide impact across global operations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of seven years of software engineering experience involving medium- to high-complexity design and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience working in xNIX/Linux environments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and/or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI inference services, agentic architectures, and RAG (preferred).
