What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms.
Build RAG solutions, prompt frameworks, AI workflows, and autonomous agentic systems with human-in-the-loop controls.
Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, Node.js, and .NET.
Design REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes.
Serve as technical owner for applications by establishing architecture standards, engineering guardrails, and production-readiness criteria.
Lead application modernization, technical debt reduction, and incident resolution for business-critical healthcare workflows.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using Java, Node.js, C#, Python, or comparable backend technologies.
Experience developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, SDLC, and Agile practices.
Experience acting as a technical lead or primary owner for an enterprise application, service, or platform.
