The Sr AI Data Engineer will join the team to help shape the next generation of actuarial analytics by building modern, agentic data solutions. You must possess strong SQL skills, the ability to oversee ETL processes, and experience with data wrangling technologies. The work involves solving complex data problems within the insurance and investment industry, specifically focusing on Property and Causality domain expertise.

What you'll do

Build modern, agentic data solutions using ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, and AI-powered analytics.
Design trusted data products and intelligent dashboards to support pricing, reserving, and underwriting decisions.
Develop analytic-ready data assets and governed semantic layers for actuarial teams.
Create AI prompts and context to enable faster identification of trends and root causes.
Design, implement, and oversee complex ETL processes.
Turn actuarial knowledge into scalable data solutions for easier insight discovery.
Utilize data wrangling technologies to manipulate and develop high-quality data sets.

What we're looking for

Working experience with ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, semantic data layers, and AI for analytics or agentic data solutions.
5-7 years of experience in data analysis, manipulation, and development.
1-3 years of experience in the insurance or investment industry.
Strong SQL skills.
Ability to design, implement, and oversee ETL processes.
Ability to choose and effectively utilize data wrangling technologies.
Familiarity with emerging data centric technologies.
Property and Causality Domain expertise (preferred).
