What you'll do

Design and develop complex, multi-tier cloud-native data solutions and integration services.
Build and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines for batch, real-time, and API-based integrations.
Implement data governance practices including metadata management, master data policies, and quality standards.
Develop and support enterprise-class data products to enable analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
Mentor and coordinate engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and development activities.
Collaborate with leadership to define technology roadmaps and cloud modernization strategies.
Improve engineering excellence by establishing coding standards, CI/CD practices, and automated testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in data engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience coding in Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Experience using ETL/ELT tools and Azure services including Data Factory, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Event Hubs.
Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building enterprise-scale ODS, data warehouse, or Lakehouse solutions.
Proficiency with CI/CD systems like Azure DevOps and GitHub, including Git flow and code reviews.
Experience leading design discussions and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable data products.
