What you'll do

Design and develop high-quality, scalable data solutions to enable pricing and reserving activities for the actuarial team.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support insurance processing and actuarial analysis.
Evaluate, prototype, and operationalize emerging AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI workflows, and RAG.
Discover, analyze, and integrate data from diverse sources to support mission-critical business processes and decision-making.
Work directly with customers to understand business needs and provide technical solutions in an iterative fashion.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while fostering collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
Use Enterprise GitHub for version control, documentation, code collaboration, and technical project management.
Research and champion modern data technologies and frameworks to drive operational excellence and data-driven innovation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of applicable work experience.
7+ years of experience in ETL, data analysis, and warehouse technologies.
Experience with Snowflake, IDMC, Informatica, Oracle, CICD, GitHub, Autosys, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, Snowflake Cortex, Agentic AI, Generative AI platforms, and Model Context Protocol.
Experience building AI-powered self-service analytics, intelligent data catalogs, automated reconciliation frameworks, or knowledge management solutions.
Strong experience in Python, R, and building APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-native data services.
Experience in on-premises to cloud migration of data pipelines and experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
