JOB TITLE: Specialist, Systems Engineering The Specialist, Systems Engineering joins the Integration and Test team to support a family of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. What you'll do

Define, decompose, and manage hardware and software requirements for complex electronic systems using MBSE processes.
Lead integration activities for new designs and develop corresponding integration and verification plans.
Coordinate with test engineers to execute tests and verify overall system operation.
Perform component trade studies and characterize system performance across various environments.
Identify system design risks and develop mitigation strategies for complex projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation including TDPs, system specifications, and maintenance plans.
Analyze data from design verification tests and run simulations to predict system performance.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on production and design issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Active DoD Secret security clearance with a current 5-year update.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances as required.
Experience with aerospace systems and integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience with MATLAB, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C# (preferred).
Experience in unmanned aircraft, guided weapon systems, radar, or RF systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
