What you'll do

Translate mission requirements into executable designs that meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
Execute engineering work products from initial requirements through verification and technical documentation.
Perform technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support design decisions.
Manage system configurations for software integration labs and deployable mission management systems.
Develop requirements decomposition, interface definitions, and verification strategies for mission systems.
Produce and maintain engineering artifacts including requirements traceability, risk registers, and verification evidence.
Ensure all system designs comply with security, regulatory, and government requirements.
Lead or support design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges with stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
4+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
4+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science) preferred.
Experience with multi-domain mission systems and secure architectures (preferred).
Familiarity with Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
