What you'll do

Translate complex requirements into executable designs that meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
Execute engineering work products from initial requirements through verification and technical documentation.
Conduct technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support critical design decisions.
Perform requirements decomposition, interface definition, and verification strategy for mission systems.
Manage system integration, validation, and technical baselines across the entire product lifecycle.
Produce and maintain engineering artifacts including requirements traceability, risk registers, and verification evidence.
Ensure all system designs comply with customer, regulatory, and government security requirements.
Lead design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges to communicate status and recommendations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering preferred; Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science acceptable).
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6 years with a Graduate degree, or 12 years without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
8 years of experience applying systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
8 years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Experience with multi-domain mission systems and secure architectures (preferred).
Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) familiarity (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
