What you'll do

Provide systems engineering leadership for space-based and airborne aerospace products throughout the full program lifecycle.
Define, decompose, and manage hardware and software requirements using tools like DOORs to ensure verification traceability.
Coordinate with integration teams to ensure all subsystem requirements for power, attitude control, and telemetry are met.
Manage interface requirements between subsystems and key suppliers to ensure seamless system integration.
Lead and participate in technical reviews including PDR, CDR, and customer System Requirements Reviews.
Oversee subsystem testing, conduct data reviews, investigate anomalies, and manage Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) closures.
Perform Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to analyze and model complex engineering tasks.
Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and ensure program success.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Experience in Systems Engineering or other engineering roles within an aerospace program environment.
Experience supporting multi-disciplinary engineering teams through various aspects of the system lifecycle (preferred).
Experience supporting system integration or manufacturing activities.
Experience with requirements derivation and tracking using DOORs or equivalent, including a requirements verification traceability matrix.
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
U.S. citizens.
