What you'll do

Conduct technical planning and analysis activities throughout all phases of the system development lifecycle.
Participate in program gate reviews such as SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.
Manage requirements by reviewing existing documentation and generating new requirements for specific features.
Create, modify, and manage system design artifacts within MBSE models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
Support Agile processes including daily standups, sprint reviews, PI planning, and demonstrations.
Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to define software and cloud subsystem interfaces.
Review verification and validation procedures to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
Ensure requirement traceability and system integrity during design, implementation, and testing phases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust Clearance.
Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or aviation programs (preferred).
Expert level knowledge in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as CAMEO or other applications leveraging SYSML (preferred).
Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS or JAMA (preferred).
Experience using SysML-based modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler (preferred).
Experience with Agile processes including Epics, Stories, PIs, and Sprints (preferred).
