Implement agentic AI and intelligent automation to execute repeatable tasks and integrate with enterprise systems.
Coordinate with technical teams to establish necessary data pipelines, APIs, and workflow connections.
Monitor solution performance and track key metrics such as cycle time, productivity, and cost savings.
Create standard operating procedures, training materials, and documentation to support the adoption of new tools.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience, an Associate degree with 8 years of experience, or a Graduate degree with 2 years of experience is required.
Eight years of related experience is required if no degree is held.
Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar operational data and application platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or robotic process automation tools (preferred).
Experience supporting AI-enabled business processes or operational decision-support tools (preferred).
Knowledge of process mapping, value stream analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt design, vector search, or retrieval-augmented knowledge solutions (preferred).
