Business Intelligence & AI Solutions Specialist

What you'll do

• Design and implement Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power BI and CoPilot Studio.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agentic solutions to improve operational efficiencies in product development.
• Create data visualization dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making for stakeholders.
• Build and curate high-quality knowledge sources for use by AI agents while ensuring content governance.
• Support the APMO team in establishing procedures, controls, and metrics for organizational effectiveness.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements using agile development methodologies.
• Monitor and apply best practices regarding responsible AI, enterprise governance, privacy, and security.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoPilot Studio.
• Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and Power Query (M).
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of data.
• Ability to write and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns aligned to business metrics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and query optimization.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts with experience implementing automated workflows and intelligent solutions.
• Experience with agile development processes, project management methodologies (preferred), and Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
