What you'll do

Author and maintain documentation supporting Assessment & Authorization (A&A) of systems under RMF, DAAG, and NISPOM standards.
Perform security control assessments as part of the system's Continuous Monitoring Plan.
Oversee configuration management and develop device/system hardening guides following DISA and NIST guidelines.
Conduct hardware and software inventory assessments and identify security control shortcomings to develop POA&Ms.
Investigate security incidents including data spills, integrity issues, and malicious events.
Perform vulnerability, compliance, and network mapping scans using tools like ACAS and Nessus.
Develop and deliver security education training for various audience levels.
Manage risk assessments in compliance with NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, and NIST 800-series standards.

What we're looking for

Must have an active Secret Clearance.
A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience performing security control assessments and managing Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities under DAAG, NISPOM, and NIST standards.
Experience completing DISA STIG checklists and SCAP.
Experience using tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Log360, Splunk, or VSFramework for vulnerability scanning and log review.
Knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and Linux operating systems.
CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain 8410 Intermediate equivalent within 6 months (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
