Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer, Automation, Agents, & Copilot

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
• Develop production-quality PowerShell scripts and modules to automate provisioning, configuration management, and reporting.
• Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
• Establish governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance standards for identity, data protection, and AI tools.
• Manage the lifecycle of Copilot agents including intake, monitoring, change management, and retirement.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and service degradations.
• Maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for internal engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on experience engineering and administering Microsoft 365 services in a large or complex enterprise environment.
• Broad administrative experience across the Microsoft 365 platform including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview.
• Advanced PowerShell development experience for building and maintaining production-quality scripts and modules.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Power Automate flows and other low-code or API-based automations.
• Demonstrated experience designing or developing Copilot agents, conversational solutions, or comparable AI-powered business solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API including REST/SDKs, app registrations, permissions, and OAuth.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity, licensing, security, compliance, and governance concepts.
• Experience creating technical documentation and communicating effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience deploying Copilot connectors for approved enterprise data sources (preferred).
• Experience with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, or related integration services (preferred).
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform environment, connector, and DLP governance (preferred).
• Experience applying software-engineering practices like Git, code review, testing, CI/CD, and release management (preferred).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred).
