As a Solutions Analyst III - TII Payment Testing - USRTP, you will join the Payments Technology team to bridge the gap between product owners, business units, operations, and software developers. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting complex business and data flow requirements while translating them into technically feasible solutions. Your daily work involves conducting data analysis to identify trends, developing testing scenarios, and establishing governance processes to align technology with business strategy. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and test case writing. The role requires proficiency in API Initiation using Bruno, JIRA JQL, and Agile Delivery Methodology. You will navigate the complexities of payment application architecture within a regulated environment, ensuring release readiness and managing defect management across multiple platforms and integrated user journeys to optimize system performance and scalability.

What you'll do

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements from stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions and structured testing plans.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis and test case creation.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Develop and maintain testing scenarios, policies, and governance processes aligned with business strategy.
Define test strategies and manage defects across multiple platforms and integrated user journeys.
Manage release readiness and go/no-go decisioning in high-pressure environments.
Lead working sessions with senior stakeholders to translate ambiguity into clear technical decisions.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to define test strategy and governance and execute complex testing across multiple platforms with disciplined defect management.
Proven accountability for delivery outcomes, including release readiness and go/no-go decisioning under time constraints.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to lead working sessions and translate ambiguity into decisions.
Experience in API Initiation (e.g., Bruno).
Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology and JIRA JQL.
Knowledge in Payment Application architecture (preferred).
Experience establishing standardized testing procedures and scaling them across regions and teams (preferred).
