Solutions Lead Analyst

What you'll do

• Build and maintain integrated program plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Track critical path items and dependencies to identify risks early and drive timely course corrections.
• Manage the operating rhythm by leading status meetings, governance forums, and leadership readouts.
• Drive open decision items to resolution while ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams.
• Create executive-ready status decks that summarize progress, risks, mitigations, and required actions for senior leadership.
• Manage end-to-end risk, assumption, issue, and dependency tracking with defined mitigation plans.
• Oversee resource management including capacity planning, onboarding, and team allocation across programs.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning while ensuring data security.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology programs in large, matrixed organizations with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills to build narratives, produce concise updates, and drive decisions in leadership forums.
• Proven ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational complexity.
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills to break down objectives into actionable plans.
• Technical fluency with modern platforms, software delivery practices, and tooling to partner with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI capabilities, data analysis tools, and presentation platforms for program visibility.
• Experience in financial services technology or change management (preferred).
