  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks for system optimization.
  • Monitor service health using Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and analytics tools.
  • Resolve high-severity production incidents under strict SLA requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in unified communications or collaboration technologies.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services including Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Extensive experience with Teams Voice, PSTN integration, and Session Border Controllers.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills using CQD, Power BI, and call quality metrics.
