What you'll do

Design and implement scalable, integrated solutions across all Credit Card Servicing mnemonics.
Architect data flows and integrations between mainframe systems and distributed platforms like Oracle and MS SQL Server.
Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless data interoperability and consistency between legacy and modern platforms.
Establish and enforce standards for data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, system modernization efforts, and performance optimization.
Develop detailed programming instructions to solve business problems through automation support.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy processes and expand distributed capabilities within applications.
Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms and tools while maintaining comprehensive data lineage tracking.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
Strong experience with Java, APIs, Microservices, and Kafka.
Strong experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
Proven expertise in system integration and enterprise architecture design.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data flows.
Experience with mainframe systems and hybrid architecture (mainframe + distributed systems) (preferred).
Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, financial data repositories, or BDH environments (preferred).
