Solution Architect, Channel Sales Professional Services Team serves as the senior technical voice for complex partner-led deals involving multi-entity consolidations and platform migrations. Working within the Channel Sales Professional Services team, you will lead end-to-end solution designs, conduct discovery sessions, and develop technical enablement materials for accounting firms and systems integrators. You will build and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate financial workflows like month-end close and procure-to-pay while designing integration architectures using API frameworks, ETL patterns, and Model Context Protocol. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise finance, ERP systems, and accounting platforms to solve problems related to reducing total cost of ownership and modernizing environments. You will utilize tools including LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT to create tailored solutions across the Intuit Enterprise Suite and Intuit Accountant Suite for diverse business clients.
Lead end-to-end solution design engagements from discovery and requirements documentation through technical validation and executive presentation.
Design and deploy AI agent solutions to automate finance workflows like month-end close, procure-to-pay, and treasury operations.
Architect ERP and accounting platform integration solutions using API frameworks, ETL patterns, and emerging standards like MCP.
Develop technical enablement materials, playbooks, and AI use case libraries for channel partners and accounting firms.
Build data-driven business cases to quantify TCO reduction and AI-driven efficiency gains for prospective customers.
Manage RFP/RFI responses and create solution documentation to ensure technical accuracy across the Intuit platform.
Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate Intuit products against incumbent ERP and accounting platforms.
Provide real-time feedback to leadership on product gaps, market signals, and channel dynamics based on a portfolio of active accounts.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical GTM Consultant, or Channel SE in mid-market or enterprise ERP and financial management.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agent solutions for finance or ERP contexts.
Deep expertise in Mid-Market ERP and accounting platform integration architectures, including API frameworks and connector ecosystems.
Deep fluency in accounting and financial operations, including close cycles, consolidation, FP&A, and treasury workflows.
Experience working within or alongside channel partner ecosystems such as accounting firms, VARs, or systems integrators.
Proven ability to achieve technical closure in partner-led selling environments through discovery, documentation, and proof of concept.
Exceptional presentation skills to translate complex technical concepts for both C-suite executives and hands-on practitioners.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (preferred); TOGAF, CPA, CMA, or equivalent credentials (preferred).
