What you'll do

Lead the architecture of AI-driven automation and intelligent systems for Sales and Customer Success platforms.
Design agent-based workflows using Salesforce Agentforce to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Implement AI-powered GTM solutions leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, and other advanced LLM ecosystems.
Define scalable, event-driven architectures integrating CRM, CDP, ERP, and Customer Success platforms with modern data systems.
Drive adoption of responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance and security in AI-enabled architectures.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design AI-infused customer journeys and business processes for GTM teams.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions for Sales, Customer Success, and CRM domains.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions with hands-on work on platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic.
Experience building or integrating agentic systems such as Salesforce Agentforce or similar frameworks.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer Success platforms.
Strong background in data integrations, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and security layers.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and modern engineering practices.
Comprehensive understanding of compliance and data governance for AI systems (GDPR, SOX).
