The Software Architect, Sales & Success joins the COO Architecture team to lead the architecture of next-generation Go-to-Market systems. Additionally, you will leverage developer tools like Cursor and prompt engineering frameworks to automate business processes, integrate CRM and ERP platforms, and develop conceptual data models for ML workloads.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and strategic roadmaps for Sales and Customer Success platforms.
Architect agent-based and autonomous workflows using platforms like Salesforce Agentforce to automate business processes.
Design AI-powered GTM solutions using LLM ecosystems like OpenAI and Anthropic for lead scoring and forecasting.
Define scalable, event-driven, and composable architectures integrating CRM, CDP, ERP, and data platforms.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled architectures while ensuring responsible AI practices, governance, and data security.
Develop conceptual and logical data models in partnership with Data Architects for AI/ML workloads.
Define build vs. buy strategies for evaluating AI platforms, open-source frameworks, and SaaS tools.
Translate complex technical and AI-driven concepts into clear strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
12+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions with a focus on Sales, Customer Success, and CRM domains.
8+ years of experience working with customer success and sales systems, including business process mapping and customer journey design.
Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions using LLM platforms like OpenAI or Anthropic.
Experience building or integrating agentic or autonomous systems, including exposure to Agentforce or similar frameworks.
Salesforce certifications and deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer Success ecosystems.
Strong experience with data integrations, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and modern engineering practices.
