Solution Architect, AI Business Solutions and Agents

What you'll do

• Design reference architectures and patterns for agents across the Microsoft stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and deploy working agents featuring multi-agent orchestration, retrieval over enterprise data, and API integrations.
• Drive technical pre-sales motions with partners to move customers from point agents to end-to-end process solutions.
• Create partner-facing intellectual property including solution accelerators, sample agents, lab environments, and workshop content.
• Define production readiness guidance for identity, security, governance, responsible AI, and cost management.
• Facilitate partner workshops, bootcamps, and train-the-trainer sessions both in person and virtually.
• Conduct technical deep-dives and design reviews with partner architects on live customer opportunities.
• Update workshop materials and playbooks monthly to align with the latest Microsoft AI product capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
• At least 1 year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven solution architecture experience across the full lifecycle for enterprise customers or partners (preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Business Solutions technologies (preferred).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or generative AI solutions on Azure (preferred).
• Experience with agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (preferred).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
