The Solution Architect – Agentic AI will define and drive enterprise architecture for next-generation Agentic AI capabilities. Key responsibilities include designing Agent Factory, Agent Runtime, AI Control Plane, and AgentOps platforms while establishing implementation guardrails. The role requires architecting memory services, context engineering, workflow orchestration, business rules engines, and tool registries. Candidates must utilize cloud-native architecture and platform engineering concepts to build AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Technical requirements include defining Model Context Protocol integration patterns and agent-to-agent communication frameworks to solve complex enterprise AI platform challenges through standardized platform capabilities and shared services.

What you'll do

Define enterprise reference architectures for AI Agents, Agent Factory, Agent Runtime, and AgentOps platforms.
Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and implementation guardrails for Agentic AI solutions.
Lead the technical strategy for Agentic AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and business domains.
Drive architecture reviews and technical governance for all enterprise AI initiatives.
Architect reusable agent capabilities including memory services, context engineering, and workflow orchestration.
Define Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration patterns and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
Accelerate delivery by developing reusable agent assets and standardized platform capabilities.

What we're looking for

20+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
7+ years of experience in cloud-native architecture and platform engineering.
5+ years of experience building AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
Strong experience defining enterprise architecture, reusable frameworks, design patterns, and technical standards.
Experience leading enterprise-scale platform initiatives and establishing architecture, governance, and implementation guardrails.
Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating with senior technical and business leaders.
Experience with Agent Factory, Agent Runtime, AI Control Plane, or AgentOps platforms (preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related integration patterns (preferred).
