What you'll do

Advance AI-assisted capabilities including meeting preparation, routing investigation, and product explainability.
Improve the scalability, observability, and security of critical production systems.
Raise the engineering bar through technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of independently delivering complex SaaS capabilities from design through launch and ongoing operation.
Strong full-stack skills with depth in backend systems, APIs, relational data models, and background processing.
Experience building or operating integrations with complex third-party platforms.
Sound technical judgment regarding reliability, data integrity, security, and incremental system evolution.
Excellent debugging skills across application, integration, and data boundaries.
Demonstrated technical leadership to influence architecture and execution beyond immediate workstreams.
Experience with modern web frameworks such as Rails, React, Postgres, or AWS (preferred).
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, routing, enrichment, or workflow products (preferred).
