What you'll do

Break down complex projects into manageable milestones and identify potential risks early in the development cycle.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Salesforce and Slack organizations to deliver features on schedule.

What we're looking for

Experience partnering with other engineers, leading technical designs, or driving engineering initiatives across teams.
5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
Expertise in debugging complex systems and troubleshooting difficult production issues.
Background in enterprise software development including security, performance optimization, and compliance requirements.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale with a focus on high availability.
Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and real-time communication patterns.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining production Java code within JVM-based systems.
Skill in incorporating AI tools into daily workflows while maintaining independent technical judgment.
Experience with Salesforce development, Slack platform knowledge, or complex product integrations (preferred).
Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, or real-time messaging systems (preferred).
Experience with GenAI APIs, Hack language, or building well-monitored applications (preferred).
