Software Engineer II (Full-Stack)

What you'll do

• Debug complex issues across distributed systems and develop performant APIs for reliable data synchronization.
• Build software solutions designed for enterprise environments with strict requirements for security, performance, and scalability.
• Take complete ownership of code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and on-call rotations.
• Conduct technical research, present proposals to stakeholders, and facilitate architecture discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Product Managers and UX designers.
• Break down complex projects into manageable milestones and identify potential risks early.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver features on schedule across Salesforce and Slack organizations.
• Advocate for engineering best practices while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform stability.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong experience writing and maintaining production Java code with a deep understanding of JVM-based systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in debugging complex systems across the full stack and troubleshooting difficult production issues.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale, including fault tolerance and high availability.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and real-time communication patterns like webhooks and websockets.
• Background in Enterprise Software Development with an understanding of security, performance optimization, and compliance.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce development, Slack APIs, or GenAI integration (preferred).
