What you'll do

Manage and support enterprise payment applications and integrations for domestic and international transactions.
Lead application support teams responsible for maintaining 24x7 production environments.
Oversee application releases, change management, production implementations, and disaster recovery testing.
Establish monitoring, observability, and proactive issue detection capabilities for critical platforms.
Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
Mentor team members and develop payment-domain expertise to drive operational excellence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, UNIX/Linux, Oracle SQL, DB2, IBM MQ, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Experience with OpenShift Container Platform, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elastic Search.
Knowledge of application monitoring, log analysis, performance tuning, and incident management processes.
Experience with Finastra Global PAYplus, IBM Financial Transaction Manager, or IBM Integration Bus (preferred).
Skills in Agile Development, Site Reliability Engineering, and Release Management (preferred).
