What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proficiency in core technologies including Java/J2EE, UNIX/Linux, Oracle SQL, DB2, IBM MQ, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) is required.
  • Experience with modern payment platform technologies like OpenShift, MongoDB, Kafka, and various monitoring tools is required.
  • Experience with Finastra Global PAYplus, IBM Financial Transaction Manager, or IBM Integration Bus is preferred.
  • Preferred skills include Site Reliability Engineering, Release Management, and User Experience (UX) Design.
