JOB TITLE: IT Delivery Lead, VP The IT Delivery Lead, VP joins the Agency Lending Data & Reporting team to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across data, reporting, analytics, and application modernization. This role involves defining and executing the technology roadmap, managing project scopes, budgets, and global teams of onshore and offshore professionals. You will drive modernization of legacy Oracle data warehouse solutions and reporting platforms while implementing scalable integration frameworks using APIs. Key responsibilities include overseeing cloud migrations and supporting the development of a common reporting framework for business intelligence. The role requires proficiency with Databricks, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Cognos, and Power BI. You will solve complex problems regarding data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency to support client reporting and regulatory requirements within the Agency Lending product area.

What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of data, reporting, and analytics initiatives from planning through production support.
  • Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Agency Lending data and reporting portfolio.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resource planning, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive modernization of legacy Oracle data warehouses into Databricks and cloud-based platforms.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across architecture, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Build and manage a global team of onshore and offshore technology professionals.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, SDLC processes, and security requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions and complex business initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience supporting Oracle databases and Oracle-based enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • Experience implementing API-based integrations and enterprise data services.
  • Experience supporting business intelligence platforms such as Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience working within financial services, securities services, asset management, banking, or capital markets (preferred).
  • PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, AWS, or Azure certifications (preferred).
  • Experience managing distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions (preferred).
