What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams while managing cross-functional project milestones.
  • Coordinate Data & AI workstreams by managing dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track and document technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure visibility and progress.
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface between end users, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors.
  • Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams.
  • Oversee controlled change management, documentation, and the handover of projects to live services.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment.
  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST).
  • Expertise in Confluence, Jira, and MS Office Suite.
  • Cyber Security domain experience (preferred).
  • Security certifications such as CISM or CISSP (preferred).
  • Relevant project delivery certification like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe (preferred).
