What you'll do

Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
Master and improve the company’s development process, culture, and codebase.
Build new features in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and user experience experts.
Maintain the stability and scalability of the trusted platform while delivering high-quality code.
Develop test strategies and design automation frameworks to increase code coverage.
Write unit and functional tests to drive up automation metrics.
Analyze, design, and develop test cases for automated test suites.

What we're looking for

Must have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Must be located in North America.
Must have academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment.
Must demonstrate fluency in object-oriented programming and design.
Must have experience in at least one of Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or C++.
Preferred experience using and reviewing code generated by large language model (LLM) tools.
Preferred ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.
Preferred experience with Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or other agent-based frameworks.
