What you'll do

Architect and implement distributed systems for network-level security controls like policy management and DDoS protection.
Develop microservices to support network security platforms at cloud infrastructure and distributed platform levels.
Research and implement networking security solutions for intra and cross-region network flows.
Operate security platforms in a full DevOps model by building, testing, monitoring, and maintaining the software.
Build and ship production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-driven development workflows.
Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows to drive efficiency.
Maintain a shared system context repository of designs, constraints, and standards to enable accurate AI operation.
Critically evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.

What we're looking for

2 years of experience in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS software development.
2 years of experience in a high-availability 24/7 environment.
Proficiency in Go, Java, C++, or Python.
A related technical degree is required.
Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Advanced prompt engineering skills to create precise, structured prompts for reliable AI outputs.
Experience with network security platforms, cloud network architecture, or container networking (preferred).
Strong fundamentals in networking protocols, auth frameworks, and secure transport (preferred).
