Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide operational support for critical production applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor alerts, events, dashboards, and incident queues to identify service degradation.
• Perform incident triage, impact assessment, prioritization, and coordination to restore services.
• Lead bridge calls during critical incidents and provide timely technical health status reports.
• Conduct technology health checks across assigned application and infrastructure domains.
• Design, write, test, and deploy software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive automation and monitoring improvements.
• Maintain and debug software while preparing required technical and procedural documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Proficiency in OCP, Dynatrace, SQL Server, Mongo, Oracle, .Net, and Elastic.
• Experience providing operational support for critical production applications and infrastructure.
• Ability to perform incident triage, impact assessment, and lead bridge calls during critical incidents.
• Skills in software development, including writing code, testing, deploying, and debugging.
• Experience with Agile Methodology (preferred).
• Experience with API Development, Distributed Systems, and Object-Oriented Programming (preferred).
