What you'll do

  • Monitor application health and performance using Dynatrace to identify issues and drive root cause analysis.
  • Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Review coding, testing, and documentation for software projects to ensure quality and standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and validate integrations with infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Prepare necessary technical and procedural documentation for software solutions and development processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to facilitate complex problem resolution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience (preferred).
  • Skills in Agile Methodology, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Project Management, and System Design (preferred).
