What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Proficiency in Apache Kafka administration, development, producers, consumers, streams, Connect, and Schema Registry.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk and relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle.
Experience in Application Development, Business Management, Data Analysis, and Quality Assurance (preferred).
