Software Engineer II - CTJ - Poly joins the Microsoft Specialized Clouds / US Gov Clouds Security Confidential Trust team. This role focuses on bringing Azure Confidential Computing to security-sensitive cloud environments, protecting sensitive data and workloads at rest and in use within highly regulated, sovereign, and air-gapped environments. You will provide leadership for application architecture, cloud-agnostic design, infrastructure development, and end-to-end implementation for Government Clouds. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years of experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent).
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
Must be able to provide verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions for supporting government agency customers.
Experience working on large-scale distributed services with on-call responsibilities (preferred).
4+ years of experience with PowerShell, C#, or C++ (preferred).
Understanding and experience with CI/CD concepts, including Azure DevOps and GitHub (preferred).
Ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle with solid project management and communication skills (preferred).
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team (preferred).
