What you'll do

Design and implement reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions across the Commerce stack.
Mitigate issues within dedicated clouds using sustainable and forward-thinking technical solutions.
Analyze telemetry data to identify patterns and trends for continuous operational improvement.
Develop scripts and automation tools to resolve complex problems and prevent recurring service issues.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to monitor and manage distributed systems effectively.
Conduct root cause analyses to uphold security, compliance, and end-to-end service expertise.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access and a Polygraph.
Must be a U.S. citizen to meet legal requirements for government agency support.
Experience with cloud-based or distributed systems (preferred).
Exposure to Azure services and hands-on scripting using PowerShell and/or Python (preferred).
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or telemetry tools to troubleshoot issues (preferred).
Basic understanding of incident response, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for repetitive tasks (preferred).
