What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of experience coding in C++, C#, Java, or TypeScript (or equivalent).
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of experience coding in C++, C#, Java, or TypeScript (preferred).
Experience with Windows internals, native development, and build technologies like PowerShell, MSBuild, BuildXL, Bazel, or distributed caching (preferred).
Experience with developer infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, dependency management, or large-scale distributed services (preferred).
Experience designing, building, operating, or modernizing software and production services at scale (preferred).
Experience using telemetry and diagnostic technologies like Kusto/KQL or Azure Data Explorer to troubleshoot complex systems (preferred).
Experience leading technical initiatives, communicating tradeoffs, and mentoring engineers (preferred).
