What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Marcom's internal tools for users and stakeholders.
Create, review, and modify technical documentation regarding application usage.
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical guidance on internal systems.
Communicate with the development team to identify and implement technical solutions.
Define and evolve standard practices and procedures for the support engineering team.
Identify root causes of issues using logs, telemetry, and customer feedback.
Monitor system health and performance using tools like Splunk.

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant work experience.
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
Proven ability to identify root causes from diverse data sources like logs, telemetry, and customer feedback.
Basic coding knowledge of the Ruby on Rails framework.
Proven knowledge of MySQL and Postgres databases.
Excellent follow-through, organizational ability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment (preferred).
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple releases a week (preferred).
Firm understanding of security best practices and vulnerabilities (preferred).
