What you'll do

Manage and support software releases in non-production test environments before go-live.
Troubleshoot environment drift, data setup issues, and system bottlenecks to ensure test readiness.
Triage critical system issues and deploy proactive monitoring to ensure rapid service restoration.
Identify and resolve configuration errors, database connection drops, and deployment failures.
Conduct root cause analysis and log defects to prioritize fixes with engineering teams.
Create and maintain support documentation and evolve standard operating procedures.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve support efficiency.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for production support teams on key projects.

What we're looking for

4+ years of software engineering experience in development, application support, or DevOps/SRE.
Experience with incident, change, and problem management using an enterprise ITSM tool.
Proficiency in Java, Scala, or other object-oriented programming languages for technical analysis and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Splunk or other monitoring tools, RDBMS, PL/SQL, and cloud infrastructure like AWS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis during high-pressure outages.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent job-related work experience.
Good knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting (preferred).
Support experience with an eCommerce platform (preferred).
