As a SoC System Level Test Product Development Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will join the System-Level Test Product Development Engineering team to design and deploy test solutions for next-generation SoCs and semiconductor devices. You will develop system-level test programs from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing while leading deployment at OSATs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your daily work involves bringing up new silicon during early development, performing board-level debugging, and creating automated tools to turn factory data into actionable insights. The role requires proficiency in Python and C++ or C#, a deep understanding of computer architecture including CPU/GPU pipelines and memory hierarchy, and experience with silicon characterization. You will operate at the frontier of semiconductor testing by utilizing agentic LLM workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools to solve complex hardware and software problems.

What you'll do

Develop System Level Test (SLT) programs for SoCs from initial product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
Lead the deployment of SLT at OSAT sites in coordination with global supply management and test engineering teams.
Perform silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, and system-level validation to ensure hardware performance.
Write production-quality code in Python or C++ to build automation tools for other engineers.
Analyze complex data to identify root causes across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
Implement agentic LLM workflows and AI-assisted tools to automate production debug and characterization.
Optimize silicon quality and performance by analyzing yield, DPPM, and manufacturing test flows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience are required.
Experience in a related field is preferred for 3 or more years.
Strong programming skills in Python and at least one high-level language like C++ or C# are required.
Solid understanding of SoC fundamentals including CPU/GPU pipelines, interconnects, memory hierarchy, and boot flow.
Experience with silicon characterization, DPPM analysis, yield optimization, or test program development is preferred.
Familiarity with factory test flows, ATE/SLT environments, or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
Hands-on exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted engineering workflows is preferred.
Experience with silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, firmware interaction, or system-level validation is a plus.
