As a SoC Systems Software Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will architect, build, and maintain system software that powers current and next-generation system level test and ATE platform solutions. You will work cross-functionally with hardware and software teams to develop application and hardware abstraction layer software, drivers, and test programs. Your daily responsibilities include developing silicon characterization algorithms, diagnostics routines, performance measurement tools, and infrastructure for automated testing at scale. What you'll do

Architect, build, and maintain system software for next-generation system level test and ATE platforms.
Design and develop application software, hardware abstraction layers, drivers, and test programs.
Develop silicon characterization algorithms and diagnostic routines.
Create performance measurement tools to evaluate SoC capabilities.
Build infrastructure to support automated testing of software solutions at scale.
Integrate best-in-class software and hardware through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience are required.
At least 10 years of experience in systems software design and development is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, C#, and Python scripting.
Experience developing application and hardware abstraction layer software, drivers, and test programs.
Experience with software development on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
Project management experience across teams and organizations to lead large-scale software solutions.
Experience with System Level Test equipment, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), or SEMI standards is a plus.
