What you'll do

Develop System Level Test (SLT) programs for Apple SOCs from NPI to HVM.
Lead deployment of SLT methodologies at OSATs in collaboration with GSM teams.
Use Python and C++/C# to write production-quality code for test automation.
Debug new silicon during bring-up, addressing issues across hardware and firmware.
Work on AI-native debug platforms that convert factory data into actionable insights.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in semiconductor or related field
Strong skills in Python and C++ or C#
Experience with SoC bring-up, board-level debugging, firmware interaction
Ability to analyze and optimize silicon characterization and yield
Familiarity with factory test flows and high-volume manufacturing environments
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML tools for engineering workflows
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills across hardware/software boundaries
