As a SoC System Level Test Product Development Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will join the System-Level Test Product Development Engineering team to design and deploy cutting-edge test solutions for next-generation system-on-chip devices. You will develop system-level test programs from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing while leading deployment at OSATs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your daily work involves silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, and creating an AI-native debug and characterization platform to turn factory data into actionable insights. The role requires expertise in computer architecture, including CPU/GPU pipelines and memory hierarchy, alongside strong programming skills in Python and C++ or C#. You will solve complex problems at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and software while utilizing agentic LLM workflows to optimize silicon quality and performance during the manufacturing process.

What you'll do

Develop System Level Test (SLT) programs from New Product Introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
Lead the deployment of SLT at OSAT sites in coordination with GSM and Test Engineering teams.
Perform silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, and system-level validation for advanced SoCs.
Write production-quality code in Python, C++, or C# to build automation tools for other engineers.
Analyze hardware/software boundaries to identify root causes from complex, ambiguous symptoms.
Integrate agentic LLM workflows and AI-assisted tools into production debug and manufacturing processes.
Translate terabytes of factory and bring-up data into actionable engineering insights using automated platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in a related field.
Solid understanding of SoC fundamentals including CPU/GPU pipelines, interconnects, memory hierarchy, and boot flow.
Strong programming skills in Python and at least one high-level language such as C++ or C#.
Experience with silicon characterization, DPPM analysis, yield optimization, or test program development.
Familiarity with factory test flows, ATE/SLT environments, or high-volume manufacturing.
Hands-on exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Experience with silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, firmware interaction, or system-level validation.
Ability to communicate clearly and solve complex problems across hardware and software boundaries.
