As a SoC System Level Test Product Development Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will join the System-Level Test Product Development Engineering team to design and deploy test solutions for next-generation SoCs and semiconductor devices. You will develop system-level test programs from NPI to high-volume manufacturing while leading deployment at OSATs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your daily work involves silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, and building an AI-native debug and characterization platform that utilizes agentic LLM workflows to process factory data. To succeed, you must possess a deep understanding of computer architecture, including CPU/GPU pipelines and memory hierarchy, alongside strong programming skills in Python and C++ or C#. You will solve complex hardware and software boundary issues to ensure the reliability and performance of high-performance, power-efficient silicon devices.

What you'll do

Develop System Level Test (SLT) programs from New Product Introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
Lead the deployment of SLT at OSAT sites in coordination with global supply management and test engineering teams.
Perform silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, and system-level validation for advanced SoC devices.
Write production-quality code in Python or C++ to build automation tools for other engineers.
Analyze hardware/software boundaries to identify root causes from vague symptoms during the debug process.
Implement agentic LLM workflows and AI-assisted tools to automate production debugging and characterization.
Optimize silicon quality, performance, and yield through data-driven test methodologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience are required.
Experience with silicon characterization, DPPM analysis, yield optimization, or test program development is preferred.
Familiarity with factory test flows, ATE/SLT environments, or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
Proficiency in Python and at least one high-level language such as C++ or C# is required.
Strong understanding of SoC fundamentals including CPU/GPU pipelines, interconnects, memory hierarchy, and boot flow.
Experience with silicon bring-up, board-level debugging, firmware interaction, or system-level validation is a plus.
Hands-on exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted engineering workflows is preferred.
Ability to solve complex problems across hardware/software boundaries and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
