SoC Physical Design Engineer, Electrical Analysis

As an SoC Physical Design Engineer, Electrical Analysis, you will join the physical design team to drive electrical analysis and verification of a System on Chip. Your daily responsibilities include performing various electrical analyses at both the block and chip levels, specifically focusing on Static/Dynamic IR, EM, Noise, and Signal EM. You will collaborate with CAD and technology teams for flow bring up and validation while working alongside the implementation team throughout the chip design cycle to achieve sign-off closure for tape-out. This role requires expertise in computer architecture, circuit design, and low power techniques. Preferred skills include experience with ASIC or AMS physical implementation, scripting for automation, and proficiency with EDA backend verification tools like Redhawk, PrimeRail, Voltus, PrimeTime, and Tempus, alongside a background in SPICE and successful chip tape-outs.
