SoC Physical Design Engineer, Electrical Analysis

As a SoC Physical Design Engineer, Electrical Analysis, you will join the SoC team to drive electrical analysis and verification at both the block and chip levels. Your daily responsibilities include performing Gridcheck, ESD, Static/Dynamic IR, EM, Noise, and Signal EM analyses while collaborating with CAD, library, circuit technology, and system teams for flow evaluation and validation. You will partner with the implementation team throughout the design cycle to manage EMIR test planning and sign-off closure for tape-out. The role requires expertise in low-power circuit design, computer architecture, and digital systems. You will utilize industrial EDA backend tools such as Redhawk, PrimeRail, and Voltus, alongside Innovus, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, and Tempus. Your work focuses on solving power integrity challenges and ensuring sign-off for solid-state digital circuit systems during the SoC development process.
