What you'll do

Develop generative AI and machine learning solutions to optimize RTL design, verification, and power/performance/area efforts.
Implement machine learning models to improve efficiency, quality, and speed across the chip-design process.
Tailor machine learning solutions to meet specific domain needs of internal multi-functional teams.
Integrate advanced ML techniques into SoC design functions from initial design through final validation.
Monitor and integrate emerging technologies in machine learning and chip design to maintain state-of-the-art standards.
Develop and implement RAG systems, embedding models, and generative AI pipelines for hardware engineering workflows.

What we're looking for

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Practical knowledge of generative AI and modern machine learning methods.
Experience with RAG systems, embedding models, retrieval strategies, and context optimization.
Proficiency in developing generative AI pipelines and implementing AI evaluation frameworks.
Experience with deep neural networks and reinforcement learning is a plus.
Solid math background including understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or MLX.
Experience with hardware description languages like Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
