As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You will be responsible for the complete DFT solution, which includes developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure, generating structural test vectors, and improving coverage. Your daily work involves collaborating with design teams on STA, physical, power, and logical issues, while working with verification teams to validate implementations and execute ECOs. You will also partner with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon. Required skills include knowledge of Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators, waveform debugging tools, and scripting for ATE data. Technical expertise in ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and STA constraints is essential for solving complex semiconductor design challenges.
