As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You will be responsible for the complete DFT solution for a design project, which includes developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve collaborating with design verification teams to verify implementations and execute ECOs, generating structural test vectors while improving coverage, and partnering with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues. You will also work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon. Required skills include proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools, and knowledge of ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and STA constraints. You will use scripting to manage ATE data during the silicon debug phase.
