As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You will be responsible for the complete DFT solution, including developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure. Your daily work involves collaborating with design verification teams to verify implementations and execute ECOs, generating structural test vectors while analyzing coverage, and partnering with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues. You will also coordinate with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon. Required skills include proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators, waveform debugging tools, and scripting for ATE data. Technical expertise includes ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and managing trade-offs between test quality and time within the semiconductor design domain.
