SoC Characterization Product Engineer

As an SoC Characterization Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. Your daily responsibilities involve performing data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to resolve root causes while defining correlations between ATE and various logic boards. You will study hardware impacts on SoC performance, perform yield analyses, and define production screening guard-band specifications based on design intent. Additionally, you will support test time reduction activities and coordinate with internal and external groups. The role requires expertise in scripting languages like Python and PERL, along with proficiency in using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. You must possess a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, electronic engineering fundamentals, DFT concepts, and experience in system-level motherboard characterization to solve complex hardware challenges.
