SoC Characterization Product Engineer

As a SoC Characterization Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the development of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip technology. Your daily responsibilities involve performing data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to resolve root causes while defining correlation between ATE and various logic boards. You will study how hardware impacts SoC performance, perform statistical data analysis on mass datasets to establish test limits, and conduct yield analyses for all levels of test insertions. Additionally, you will partner with design, process, and test engineers to implement corrective actions and support test time reduction activities. Required skills include expertise in Python or PERL scripting, knowledge of electronic engineering fundamentals, DFT concepts, and experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. You will also perform board bring up and PDN noise analysis.
